Product description, technical parameters and configuration

EVOCs-2000 Atmospheric Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) On-line Analyzer is the latest online detection device for trace VOCs in the atmosphere developed by Skyray Instruments.

The instrument pretreatment system uses low temperature adsorption and high temperature desorption processes. According to the requirements of the US EPA method, it is equipped with an independently developed adsorbent to achieve the concentration of pretreatment of trace VOCs.

The back-end detector can be based on the requirements of simultaneous monitoring of multiple VOCs, according to the requirements of relevant national pollution detection methods and U.S. environmental notice methods, and according to the properties of 107 kinds of VOCs organic substances in the US EPA TO-14, TO-15, and PAMS methods. Various detectors such as FID, GC-MS, ECD, FPD, etc. independently researched and developed by Tianrui Instrument are selected to meet the needs of online monitoring and achieve high-precision analysis of pollutant concentration.

Performance characteristics

(1) Use of multichromatographic switching methods required by standards
Can detect a wider range of small and large molecule VOCs and automatically switch the appropriate detector according to the type of VOCs. Among them, C2–C5 hydrocarbons are detected by FID, and C6-C12 hydrocarbons are detected by GC-MS or ECD. Sulfide sampling FPD detection.
(2) Simultaneous monitoring of 107 VOCs
Flexible use of different detectors and multi-chromatographic column methods, and adjust the formulation of the adsorbent to fully analyze organics in PAMS and TO-15 / TO-14, covering C2-C12 hydrocarbons, halogenated hydrocarbons, and oxygen-containing VOCs.
(3) Accurate analysis of sulfide concentration
The use of FPD detectors that only respond to sulfur compounds can avoid interference from other substances.
(4) High accuracy of analysis of C2 substance
The concentration device in the front of the system has the ability to adsorb low temperature below -30 ℃. The C2 substance can meet the analytical accuracy required by the standard and the data can be quantified and trusted.
(5) High monitoring sensitivity
It has good and stable adsorption and desorption performance. With a laboratory-level detector, the best detection sensitivity can be below 1 ppb, and the sulfide can be below 0.5 ppb.
(6) Using Ding's switching device, consistent with international monitoring standards
The use of Ding's switching to switch the low-carbon and high-carbon substances to a suitable adsorption column can avoid interference and errors in low-carbon monitoring and analysis caused by the traditional sample splitting method.
